- Contact information - Account Name & Number, contact and phone number.
- Canvas Size - 11"x14", 14"x18", 16"x20", 12"x12", etc. If you
are not sure or you have a custom size, please note that in the email so
we can contact you to get more information.
- Stretching, Mounting needs - if needed.
- Laminating - yes or no
- Quantity needed
